We get it — sometimes, even the most epic merch doesn’t fit quite right, or your kviz-night tee wasn’t the perfect size after all. Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered.
We make exchanges and returns simple, fair, and fan-friendly — because we want your Kvizzing experience to feel just as good as your next victory moment.

By placing an order on kvizzing.co.in, or by requesting a return or exchange, you agree to the terms below. These may be updated occasionally, so it’s always good to check this page before ordering.

🔁 Exchange & Return Timeline

We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
Once your request is approved, you’ll get an email confirmation and our logistics partner will arrange a pickup within 24–48 hours.

We’ll attempt pickup twice; if it’s still unsuccessful, you may need to ship it back yourself.
Reverse pickup availability depends on your pin code.
Once the item reaches us, it goes through a quality check.
If approved, we’ll process your exchange or issue a store credit.

Exchange deliveries usually arrive within 7–10 working days.
If your requested size or item is sold out, we’ll issue a Kvizzing Store Card(valid for 6 months) for the same value.

 

💳 Refunds & Credit Notes

We do not offer cash refunds.
For approved returns, we issue a credit note to your registered email once the item clears our quality check.
You can use this credit for any future purchase on kvizzing.co.in.

Please make sure your return item is:

Unworn and unwashed
In its original packaging with all tags intact
Free from stains, odours, or signs of wear

Items that don’t meet these conditions may not qualify for return.

 

📍 Cancellations

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
Prepaid orders are final and non-cancellable.
For COD orders, you may cancel before dispatch by writing to us at support@kvizzing.co.in.
In rare cases, a gift card may be issued in lieu of cancellation, valid for 6 months.

🚚 Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

🔎 Garment Issues – We’ve Got You

If you notice an issue — like a misprint, color fade, or fabric flaw — let us know within 30 days of delivery.
We’ll arrange for a quick review and replacement if eligible.
Claims made after 30 days may not qualify for replacement or credit.

 

You Can Request an Exchange/Return If:

The product doesn’t fit
The item arrived damaged or defective
A component or accessory is missing

Please ensure the item:

Is in its original, unworn condition
Has tags and packaging intact
Has not been washed, altered, or used
Is returned as a complete set, if bought as one

We reserve the right to decline exchanges/returns that don’t meet these standards.

 

📦 Return Pickup Details

Our logistics partners will coordinate your return pickup once your request is approved.
If pickup isn’t available in your area, we’ll guide you on how to ship it safely back to our warehouse.

 

🎁 Sale & Drop Days

All sale or drop day purchases are final.

No returns, exchanges, or refunds
You may receive duplicate items if you’ve purchased similar pieces before
